A coherent strategy to defeat the Monroe Doctrine

The recently-published «National Security Strategy» of the USA presents an unmatched opportunity of development through adversity for the nations south of the Bravo river, and an unmatched opportunity for Canada to curtail its dependence from its southern neighbour. This record describes several suggestions for those nations.

In the aforementioned strategy, the stateian state formalizes its intentions to implement (again) the imperial Monroe Doctrine over America; and to divide the world into imperial «spheres of influence» by concerting with the russian empire for achieving «strategic stability». Accordingly, the «sphere of influence» of the USA comprises America —to which the stateian document refers to as «our Hemisphere»—; and, likewise, the «sphere of influence» of the russian empire comprises the nations neighbouring that latter.

Framework

People from nations south of the Bravo river should understand clearly that, in the face of an active stateian imperial strategy, any attempt to hide themselves in a cocoon will result in an endless stream of aggression and hybrid hostilities by the bullies of the north. Similarly, any attempt to simply «neutralize» the stateian attack will result in continued loses and disadvantages for the defending nations.

Self-defeating statements such as «we do not compete with the USA; rather, we complement the USA» result pathetic and embolden imperialist groups. If you strive to «complement» an entity which (textually) asserts «preeminence», thereat you place yourself as vassal. Moreover, efforts to appease empires neither stop nor retard the imperial activities, serve as prime examples:

• The Minsk Agreements in the case of the russian invasion of Ukraine; this developed into a full-scale imperial invasion afterwards, and

• The illegal deportation of convicted, sentence-serving drug-traffickers by the (idiotic) executive branch of the mexican state into the USA, for the stateian state to apply its laws extraterritorially for activities done in Mexico, and negotiate with the criminals, in the year 2025; this developed into the now-formal stateian imperial policy subject of this record.

  The following question results appropriate: How much a traitor an elected state official needs to become in order to place the interests of a foreign state over the political constitution of its own nation?

  Those deportations done in addition to the frequent (also) illegal deportation of unconvicted individuals —typically mexican nationals— either suspected or accused of crime, from Mexico into the USA, likewise for the stateian state to apply its laws extraterritorially and negotiate with them. Worse, also in the year 2025, the mexican president celebrated stateian extraterritorial convictions against associates of her local political adversaries.

Accordingly, the stateian attack demands a response that defeats any such effort.

For this purpose, the stateian defeat can get defined as «the accumulated events which inflict loses to the adversary, to such degree and severity that the enemy ceases and abandons its hostile activities». Notice that any neutralizing effort, which corresponds to defence activities, does not secure a defeat.

1. Set a legal framework to track remittances from foreign entities into domestic political parties, elected officials, political candidates, and the spouses and businesses of those persons. Then, periodically publish the data found.

2. Require the identification of all users who add content to any internet platform legally registered as a local entity, whenever the corresponding entity opts to do it. A public registry of compliant platforms, accessible by automated means, should get placed on the internet so that it serves as base for private-made internet browsing filters. Socially-constructive large organizations, state functionaries, and public institutions should utilize only platforms of authenticated users.

   Beware that this does not include any restriction on the freedom of speech of those persons. Besides, this requirement results pertinent in a time when the usage of internet platforms by minors must happen under the supervision of parents or legal guardians; so the provision can serve also for requesting parental consent when minors utilize internet platforms, and for making private parental browsing filters otherwise.

   Thereby, with some publicity, everybody can know which internet platforms result reliable, and which do not.

3. Establish a visa regime for stateian nationals which intend to visit parts of the country beyond designated touristic zones. Beach areas and other highly-frequented areas should compose those visa-free touristic zones. The purpose of the visa regime consists in sending a message to the stateian people, so that they do not believe the Monroe Doctrine.
4. Operate a centre or department specialized in identifying, exposing, and countering foreign disinformation. Countering disinformation must happen by publicizing the truth, not by mirroring propagandistic practices.
5. Create a public database of intimidating, threatening, or plainly hostile actions from the adversary. This public database for everyone —including inhabitants of third countries— to stand aware of the activities of the adversary in a simple, reliable, and efficient way. For example, any humiliation of elected officials, notorious nationals, and ordinary persons when attempting to enter into stateian territory must get recorded in the database.

Adversary-defeating actions

Effectively defeating the stateian adversary requires vision, since the nations south of the Bravo river must deviate from traditional action patterns. In popular terms, one could say that it requires to «think out of the box». Therefrom, people should:

1. Foster the development of cultural, informational, commercial, and active-cooperation relationships with all the nations of eastern Europe. Nations from western Europe should get assigned a secondary importance in the relationships with peoples from that continent. Consider:

   1. The nations of eastern Europe stand in analogous positions in the partition of the world into «spheres of influence», but they stand under attack by the russian empire. They will find useful real help, the exchange of experiences in countering imperialism, and available options for establishing alliances; just as nations south of the Bravo river do need.
   2. Several major counties from western Europe still do not fully move forward from their own imperial past. Relationships with such kind of nations will furnish little advantages in a true fight against imperialism.

   One key goal of the collaboration with nations of eastern Europe must consist in opening avenues for exchanging cultural for-profit products; for instance—

   • Integrating cinematographic and audiovisual-streaming markets by fostering the operation of local corporations which compete with those corporations which sell content upholding stateian «soft-power».
   • Fostering the operation of local branches of news agencies from partner countries, and publicizing their content; with the net-effect that both the russian and the stateian empires lose the narrative of the events.

   Another key goal must consist in establishing formal arrangements to support persons persecuted or prosecuted for political reasons, and to recognize primarily democratically-elected officials. For instance: accept the New Belarusian Passport issued by the People's Embassies of Belarus, and engage with the team of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya or whoever succeeds her.

2. Likewise, foster the development of cultural, informational, commercial, and active-cooperation relationships with all the nations of south-east Asia. Those nations in analogous positions, but striving to fend the imperial activities of China in the so-called «South China Sea».

3. Instrument heavy fines for those corporations which repeat stateian imperial geographical names and terminologies. Therefore, require mercantile organizations to:

   1. Describe all technical documents and specifications utilizing only the International System of Units. This directed first into retailers, so that these find an incentive to switch their suppliers into abiding corporations.
   2. Utilize «Gulf of Mexico» instead of «Gulf of America».
   3. Utilize «USA» instead of «America»; and «stateians», or other suitable term, rather than «americans», for denominating the nationals of the mentioned country.

5. Diversify the supply chains of informatic hardware. Hence, results counterproductive to set tariffs against chinese-made chips. An optimal solution, of course, consists in the local manufacturing of computing, data-acquisition, and communications equipment.
6. Organize the transition from electronic messengers operated by stateian corporations into the usage of locally-crafted sofware. The creation of any such software can happen even by organizing a software contest. Nonetheless, local states should organize both for-profit and not-for-profit players so that those furnish the infrastructure needed for storing and transmitting the data.

7. Demanding, as requisite for international cooperation in the elimination of (illegal) drug-trafficking organizations, that the USA implements—

   1. Measurable programs for attending and treating the hundreds of thousands of drug-addicts in its own territory.
   2. Concrete actions to remove those drug-addicts from the streets, and from any other uncontrolled environment, so that they do not finance drug-trafficking organizations. If those persons result manifestly incapable of behaving in a way that does not hurt themselves and society, then they should get placed in medical institutions or other suitable controlled spaces.
   3. A comprehensive strategy to hunt and incarcerate the thousands of drug-dealers which deliver illegal drugs, reporting statistics.

8. Establish a coalition of several nations for the prevention of, and defence from, stateian military attacks, by—

   1. Coordinating and synchronizing non-military punitive measures.
   2. Providing physical assistance to any country subject of a stateian attack.
   3. Seeking and developing efficient and effective methods for producing and procuring materiel for territorial defence.
   4. Exchanging data about stateian tactics, stateian operations, and stateian non-diplomatic agents on the zone.

Attending autocratic neighbouring regimes

Observe the following:

• A colony nurturing an empire results far more deleterious than an independent autocracy, as it makes the empire stronger and serves as an outpost for attacks to others.
• The road to freedom and democracy for the people of the colony results more perilous and lengthy than the road to freedom and democracy starting from just another internal autocracy. For example, results much more difficult to defeat an army headquartered thousands of kilometres away, than defeating a neighbour who declared himself «president» and his associates.
• Transiting from independent autocracy into colonial vassal constitutes an unequivocal descent of civilizatory stage.

Therefore, autocratic regimes, such as the so-called «chavistas» in Venezuela, must not stand isolated in the defence of the independence and sovereignty of their nations, and all necessary assistance and collaboration must get provided for achieving that purpose. However, concurrently with such collaboration against the imperial adversary, democratic regimes must promote the establishment of an operating democracy in those nations; this way the nationals oppressed by those regimes know that international solidarity goes directed towards their freedom, that brotherly nations stand on their side, whether the oppression comes from an empire, or from an internal autocracy.

In the specific case of Venezuela, in order to promote a true democracy, results necessary to find, listen to, and perhaps harbour actually-democratic nationalistic venezuelans; far away from stateian puppets —whether those puppets get awarded any Nobel Prize makes no difference.

Final remarks

The implementation of all these actions results completely affordable; and very cheap compared with the massive loses which will cause to the adversary. Moreover, the performance of several of these actions can yield monetary profits. And, in any case, stateian drug-addicts actually need medical treatment.

A tantrum by Donald Trump, or whoever succeeds him, may ensue, and there can become apparent that the stateian president does not reign over the capitalistic elite of the USA. For the capitalistic elite based in the USA will neither want to endure the loses derived from this strategy, nor accept the costs of, for instance, dissolving trade agreements as retaliation.
